Who we are
Lumina Insurance at Cutler Bay is an independent insurance agency at 20250 S Dixie Hwy, Unit 202, Cutler Bay, FL 33189.
What you give us
On a quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code if you enter one, the type of insurance you ask about, your message, how you prefer to be contacted, and whether you agreed to text messages and to these policies. If you call or email, we keep what you send so we can answer.
What the site records
When you submit a form, the server records the IP address, the browser type, the page the request came from, and campaign tags that were on the link you used. The site sets a session cookie so the form can reject a forged submission. We do not use that cookie to advertise to you.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to your quote, prepare an application you ask us to send to an insurer, service a policy you place through us, and send text messages if you checked the SMS box.
Who receives it
We share what a carrier needs when you ask us to shop or place coverage. We share a phone number or email address with the vendor that delivers a message you agreed to receive. We do not sell your personal information. We do not give it to other companies so they can market their own products to you.
Text messages
Texts are covered by the SMS Policy. Reply STOP to any message to end them.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and policy records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet insurance record rules. Email info@luminainsurance.com to ask what we have on a quote, or to ask us to delete a request we no longer need for a policy or a legal duty.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
