What these texts are

Lumina Insurance at Cutler Bay sends text messages only to people who ask us to. A text may confirm a quote request, set an appointment, answer a question you asked, or follow up on a policy we are servicing for you. These are not unrelated marketing blasts.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the consent box on a quote form at https://luminainsurance.com and submitting that form. The box is never checked for you. Buying a policy does not require you to accept texts. You can still call (786) 409-0930 or email info@luminainsurance.com and talk to an agent without joining the text program.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your request and the conversation that follows. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting that number. For help, reply HELP, or call (786) 409-0930 during Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Privacy

We do not sell your mobile number. We do not share it with other companies so they can market to you. A vendor that delivers the text may process the number only to send the message you agreed to.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
